Talk about broadening your horizons.
Kazakhstani film Tulpan, in Kazakhand Russian with English subtitles, may not be of the fantasy or adventure genre but you’re nonetheless transported to another world.
A dry, isolated world in southern Kazakhstan known as the “Hunger Steppe”, which is inhabited by few shepherds braving the harsh weather in their makeshift yurts. [Read more]
He’s Just Not That Into You: Sorry, just not into this movie

Point taken. If a guy doesn’t call or doesn’t propose within a set period of time, He’s Just Not That Into You.
But while the self-improvement book of the same name, penned by former Sex & The City writers Greg Behrendt and Liz Tuccillo, drives women to feel empowered, the film fails to do so.
Perhaps it’s in the pigeon-holing of women as desperate, clingy and inherently stupid that makes this deceptive chick flick disappointing. [Read more]
