HOME SHOW PRIZE POOL TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
1. These conditions of entry relate to the Home Show Prize Pool Competition.
2. Promoted by Fairfax Community Newspapers ABN 77 000 310 654, 1 Worth Street, Liverpool, 2190. By entering the competition, entrants shall be deemed to agree with these Conditions of Entry.
3. Entry is open to all residents of NSW only except employees and the immediate families of the promoter and their associated advertising companies and agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. Participants may enter the competition by writing their name, address & daytime phone number on the coupon advertised in the St George & Sutherland Shire Leader on August 12, 17, 19, 24 and 26 August 2010. Entrants must attend the Leader Home Show on the weekend of the 28th & 29th August 2010 at the Sutherland Basketball Stadium off Old Princes Highway & Rawson Avenue, Sutherland and drop their completed entry in the barrel between 10am and 5pm on Saturday 28th August and 10am to 3.15 pm on Sunday 29th August located near the stage.
5. Competition commences on 12 August 2010 00:01 (EST) and concludes on 29th August 2010 15:15 (EST).
6. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
7. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any
personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
8. Employees and their immediate families of Fairfax Community Newspapers and their agencies and companies associated with the promotion are ineligible.
9. Only one prize per person will be awarded. The promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the promoter.
10. The personal information submitted on this entry form is collected by Fairfax Community Newspapers and will be used to enter you in this competition and for the distribution of prizes. It may also be used to send you further information about Fairfax Community Newspapers.

12. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. Prizes are valid for at least 12 month period.
13. Classifieds Advertising Vouchers only for use only in Community Classifieds general section.
14. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. Some prizes may incur additional expense when claiming the prize. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
15. Fairfax Community Newspapers and its agencies and companies associated with this promotion will take no responsibility for prizes damaged in transit.
16. 52 x winners will be drawn on 29th August 2010 at 3.30 pm at the St George and Sutherland Home Show – Sutherland Basketball Stadium off Old Princes Highway & Rawson Avenue, Sutherland. Winners will be notified by mail. Winners for prizes over $100 will also be published in the St George & Sutherland Shire Leader issue the week commencing 6th September 2010. Winners will collect their prize/vouchers from the St George & Sutherland Shire Leader reception 633 Princes Highway, Rockdale during business hours. Any unclaimed prize draw will take place at Fairfax Community Newspapers on 14th December 2010 at 15:15 (AEDT) (if applicable) and winners of prizes valued over $100 will have their details published in St George & Sutherland Shire Leader commencing 20th December 2010.
17. The Judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
