TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PARRAMATTA EELS SIGNED FRAMED JERSEY READER PROMOTION IN THE HILLS NEWS, PARRAMATTA SUN & ROUSE HILL-STANHOPE GARDENS NEWS
- These conditions of entry relate to the Parramatta Eels Signed Framed Jersey Reader Promotion organised by Fairfax Community Newspapers ABN 77 000 310 654 of 1 Worth Street, Chullora NSW 2190.
- By entering the competition, entrants shall be deemed to agree with these conditions of entry.
- Entry is open to all NSW residents except all employees and the immediate families of Fairfax Community Newspapers and all their associated advertising agencies, who are ineligible to enter.
- The Competition commences on Tuesday 9th March 2010 at 9am and concludes on Monday 30th August 2010.
- Each week, for 25 consecutive weeks, there will be a Parramatta Eels related trivia question in the ‘Eels Spiel’ article of the Parramatta Sun, Hills News & Rouse Hill-Stanhope Gardens News.
- The last question will appear in the Hills News & Rouse Hill-Stanhope Gardens news on Tuesday 24th August 2010 and in the Parramatta Sun on Wednesday 25th August 2010.
- Once participants have answered all 25 questions they are to either mail or email in their answers. Entries must be received by 5pm on Monday 30th August 2010. The first entry drawn where the participant has correctly answered all 25 questions will win a signed, framed Parramatta Eels jersey.
- Entrants must provide the following details in their entry: their name, address, telephone number and trivia answers. Entries should be sent to: Eels Spiel C/- PO Box 7006, NWBC Baulkham Hills NSW 2153 OR email to eelsspiel@parramattasun.com.au
- There is one (1) prize to be won. Prize and value are as follows;
- The prize is a signed, framed Parramatta Eels football jersey and is valued at $999.00 (incl. GST)
- The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
- The winner will be drawn on Tuesday, 31st August 2010 at 10am. The draw will take place at Hills News office, 287c Old Northern Road, Castle Hill NSW 2154. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
- Winners will be notified by telephone and mail.
- All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter and may potentially use the entrants’ names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
- The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
- If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to cancellation of event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
- The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
