Terms & Conditions for Solahart Hot Water System Reader Promotion

1. These conditions of entry relate to the ‘Solahart Hot Water System’ Reader Promotion organised by Fairfax Community Newspapers ABN 77 000 310 654 of 1 Worth Street, Chullora NSW 2190.
2. By entering the competition, entrants shall be deemed to agree with these conditions of entry.
3. Entry is open to all NSW residents except all employees and the immediate families of Fairfax Community Newspapers and all their associated advertising agencies, who are ineligible to enter.
4. The Competition commences on Tuesday 9^th March 2010 at 9am and concludes on Tuesday 16^th March 2010 at 5pm.
5. Participants must provide the following details in their entry: their name, address, telephone number and tell us in 25 words or less ‘Why you deserve to WIN!’
6. Entries should be sent to: WIN! A Solahart Hot Water System, C/- 1 Worth Street, Chullora NSW 2190 OR email to fcnnswmarketing@fairfaxmedia.com.au
7. There is one Solahart hot water system to be won. The winner will receive a SmartCheck consultation with their local Authorised Solahart Dealer and then a fully installed Solahart solar hot water system that best suits their family, with a value of $5000, including installation before rebates and incentives.
8. The installation cost up to the value of $1500 is included; any additional costs are at the winner’s expense. The Installation cost will be itemised with the free in house solar consultation .The Prize value is the recommended retail value as provided by Solahart and is correct at the time of printing.
9. The prize is not transferable, redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.
10. The Prize winner must assign (in writing) their right to create Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) for their solar hot water system to Solahart for nil beneficial benefit.
11. As this is a competition prize, the winner will not be eligible to claim the Federal rebate or any other applicable state rebate.
12. The prize must be installed within 6 months from notification of prize to winner. 
13. No responsibility is accepted for any variation in the value of the prize.
14. The winner will be drawn on Wednesday 17^th March 2010 at 10am.  The draw will take place at Fairfax Community Newspapers, 1 Worth Street, Chullora NSW 2190. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
15. Entries will be selected by a panel of judges and will be determined on the creativity and wit of words only of their 25 Words or less answer. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
16. Winner will be notified by telephone and mail.
17. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter and may potentially use the entrants’ names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
18. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
19. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to cancellation of event or infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.  
20. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
21. No permit number required for a game of skill.
