FORD FIESTA MOONLIGHT CINEMA

READER PROMOTION

 

1. These conditions of entry relate to the ‘Ford Fiesta Moonlight Cinema’ Reader Promotion organised by Fairfax Community Newspapers  ABN 77 000 310 654 of 1 Worth Street, Chullora NSW 2190.
2. By entering the competition, entrants shall be deemed to agree with these conditions of entry.
3. Entry is open to all NSW residents except all employees and the immediate families of Fairfax Community Newspapers and all their associated advertising agencies, who are ineligible to enter.
4. The Competition commences on 26^th January 2010 at 9:00am and concludes on 2^nd February 2010 at 5pm.
5. Participants need to email their name, address and contact number to fcnnswmarketing@fairfaxmedia.com.au and tell us in 25 words or less why they deserve to WIN!
6. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. Prizes and values are as follows: – 30 winners will each win a double pass (two tickets) to the Ford Fiesta Moonlight Cinema.  Each prize is valued at $34.00ea
8. Total Prize Pool Value $1,020.00
9. Entries will be selected by a panel of judges and will be determined on the creativity and wit of words only of their 25 Words or less answer. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
10. The winners will be drawn at 10.00am on 3^rd February 2010. The draw will take place at Fairfax Community Newspapers, 1 Worth Street, Chullora, NSW 2170. If the winner is under the age of 18 years the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian.
11. Winners will be notified by email.
12. All entries become the property of the Promoter. All entries will be entered into a database and the Promoter and may potentially use the entrants’ names, addresses and telephone numbers for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
13. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected mail.
14. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
15. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
16. No permit number required for a game of skill.
